  • ○ Price, inclusions and payment terms agreed in writing
  • ○ Fee agreed in writing (capped by law at 1% of the deed price)
  • ○ Land certificate checked at the land office
  • ○ Zone code and KKPR for this plot
  • ○ Building permit (PBG) and SLF for the building as it stands
  • ○ PPJB or lease agreement reviewed and signed
  • ○ Deposit paid into a notary or company account, with a receipt
  • ○ Taxes paid, receipts in hand
  • ○ Deed signed: sale, Hak Pakai, HGB or notarial lease
  • ○ Registered at the land office (Hak Pakai or HGB)
  • ○ Certificate in your name, or the notarial lease deed, in hand
